We will have a detailed post soon. Please check this site periodically

    To Check

    1. That the VHN is at the planned place

    2. That the Ice Boxes are really Ice and Not Water

    3. That the VHN is following aseptic precautions

    4. That vaccines are given in the "correct site" (Do you know the site to give Measles Vaccine)

    5. That all vaccines are given

    6. That the VHN Fills in the record in her register correctly

    7. UPC (What is that??) List is maintained

    8. Also motivate mothers and other people there about all the government programs

    9. If you are going to a CNC, please check the DOTS Cases (if any)

    Other than this

The Vaccine distribution register has the following details

    1. HSC
    2. VHN
    3. Location
    4. Number of doses taken in Each Vaccine
    5. Time Vaccine was lifted

It is the duty of the MO to sign the register in the morning and mention the reason (CL etc) for vaccination not being carried out in one centre (if any)

If the VHN is on a long leave / training, then alternative vaccinators (do you know this) has to be arranged
