This Workshop has been designed for entry-level CRAs/monitors, clinical research coordinators and new investigators with less than one year of experience. Course includes ICH GCP guidelines and to reflect current industry trends and challenges facing clinical research associates and would cover techniques for the better relationship amongst stakeholders.

Course Objectives: To effectively manage your sites, and ensure their maximum performance. Interpretations of regulations by sponsors; techniques of an audit, common deficiencies and how to ensure your site will pass an inspection and to develop more efficient study tracking and management systems.
