Logical Framework Analysis for Development Project Design: Logical Framework Analysis (LFA) is an analytic tool for result-based management that offers a systematic and logical approach for designing projects. The LFA process helps to think through all the factors that should be considered for planning a successful project. The programme is to augment existing knowledge of the participants on LFA with concurrent enhancement of skills for using the approach for development project design. Specifically, the programme would aim at facilitating a better understanding of the LFA and enhancing knowledge about the sequential steps of LFA. The programme focuses on developing requisite skills for using analyses for developing the LFA Project Planning Matrix.
Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation in Development Projects: The training programme on Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation aim to provide conceptual clarity for facilitating better understanding of Stakeholder Centric Monitoring and Evaluation approaches. The programme focus on developing requisite skills for factoring in Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation in Project design and developing inclusive Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks.
